Since the year 2000, I’ve had the joy of helping travelers experience the real Egypt — its beauty, mystery, and heart.  Along the way, some guests have shared their thoughts and memories, and together we’ve woven a tapestry of moments that tell our story.

In those early days, before TripAdvisor and online reviews existed, feedback came in handwritten notes, long conversations, and heartfelt goodbyes. When TripAdvisor arrived, the world changed — suddenly everyone could share their stories.  But even then, I was often too busy living those stories to stop and take many photos.

Over the years, I started and stopped collecting what I could, and in 2011, believing that chapter was ending, I deleted much of it.  Yet, like Egypt itself, the past has a way of reappearing — and what remains is a glimpse into our shared journey.  (Some years are not finished — I’m still sorting them out.)
